Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and PaddleHub when you use our website, apps and services.
Last updated: 28 June 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PaddleHub (the "Platform"), operated by PaddleHub. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. What PaddleHub is
PaddleHub is a technology platform for the pickleball community. It lets players discover and enter tournaments, book courts at partner clubs, find and host open-play games, book coaching sessions, and follow rankings and ratings. PaddleHub acts as an intermediary that connects players with clubs, organizers and coaches ("Providers") and facilitates payments between them. Except where expressly stated, PaddleHub is not the organizer of an event, the owner of a court, or the provider of a coaching session.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login (email/phone and any OTP) secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Bookings, entries & the role of Providers
When you register for a tournament, book a court, or book a coaching session, you enter into a contract with the relevant Provider. The Provider sets the price, availability, schedule, and its own rules. PaddleHub facilitates the listing and payment but is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for a Provider's performance, conduct, or the condition of any venue or equipment.
4. Payments & fees
- Payments are processed through a certified third-party payment gateway. PaddleHub does not store your full card or bank details.
- Prices are shown before you confirm a payment and are charged in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.
- PaddleHub charges a platform fee of 5% on paid transactions (tournament entries, court bookings, coaching sessions and hosting) to operate and maintain the Platform. The applicable amounts are shown at checkout.
- PaddleHub collects the payment, retains its platform and applicable gateway fees, and settles the net amount to the relevant Provider.
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your transactions.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. PaddleHub Pro
PaddleHub Pro is an optional paid subscription that unlocks premium features. It renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current billing period. See Pricing and the Refund Policy for details.
7. Ratings & DUPR
The Platform displays player ratings and rankings, including DUPR ratings provided by a third party. Provisional ratings are estimates that adjust as you play and are not a guarantee of skill or outcome. PaddleHub is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party ratings.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law, or infringe the rights of others;
- post false, abusive, harassing or misleading content;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform;
- misuse payments, chargebacks, or another person's account.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Pickleball and related activities carry inherent risks. You participate at your own risk. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaddleHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to a transaction is limited to the platform fee we earned on that transaction.
